Frustrating as I had this problem before then managed to get it working and now its gone again! You also have an Automatic Private IP Address (APIPA) evidenced by the IP address 169.254.0.0 . I have two other laptops (a new Samsung and another old Dell) connecting to the same router using wifi with no problem so it can't be the router.
