I checked the dependencies for some of these services, one of which is LexBce.exe When I try to start this service it says "Could not start LexBce server service on local to start up. To do this, use regedit and go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spooler" and right click on the value "DependOnService" then select modify. I believe the threshold is the same for SSDs and HDDs, but only the product team knows for sure.All this dev language and some of your off-target explanations just make it CCleaner has a registry cleaner, not sure if its better than what you have though.
