p4p has passive cooling, just in case you're into quietness, not sure about the p4c though. P4P800-Deluxe? ICH5R was added. But P4P800-E offers no such independence on any slots.
Interrupt sharing on P4P800-E is more homogeneous than on the P4C800-E, if you believe the charts in the manual. I'm glad I'll get to try out Asus' best mobo and compare it to the IC7.... It's too bad they won't have HT, but they'll clock very high if I try. Members have access to different forum appearance options, and many more functions.
