I love Windows 10, but forced updates, especially drivers is a pain. They say it is a conflict with an app or driver and I just have to keep removing programs until it stops, but I need the programs for my daily work. Well that was what caused the problem for me anyway. It may be important to note that only the program I am actually using flickers.

My computer was acting up so I tried to fix it: went into troubleshoot, tried to reset pc, tried to run recovery, and it said that it can not be repaired. The deselecting works even when the screen is flashing but not typing from the keyboard. The screen still flashes.
The only option I feel I have left is a hard reboot of my computer but I am not sure how to even do that since I am unable to access This was a clean install from a couple of months ago, and everything was perfect.
